    @Kasapidis Christos

    Please give a screenshot of the detailed error message.

    > I cannot work

    << Do you mean that you fail to open Office application in safe mode or safe mode do not work to this issue?
    If you fail to open Office application in safe mode, did you follow the steps below?
    Press Windows+R,

    • For Excel: Type excel /safe, and click OK.
    • For Outlook: Type outlook /safe, and click OK.
    • For Word: Type winword /safe, and click OK.
    • For PowerPoint: Type powerpnt /safe, and click OK.

    If the problem still exists when open Office application in safe mode, please repair Office.

    Besides, you could use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
    The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant runs on Windows PCs and can help you identify and fix activation issues with Microsoft 365.

    If possible, maybe you could create a new Microsoft account to have a test.

    Regards,
    Erin

    First try to reboot the computer. If that doesn't work, a repair might resolve it:
