Corrupt data analysis Excel OSX

I went ahead and updated to Office 365 and I get the following error when opening Excel:

Sorry, we couldn't find ﷽﷽﷽﷽﷽﷽﷽﷽tions/Microsoft Excel.app//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Contents/Frameworks/ATP.framework/Versions/A/Resources/en.lproj/FUNCRES. Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?

From my earlier experience using Excel 2016, I know that I can get rid of the problem by disabling the data analysis add-in. But I kind of need the data analysis add-in to work. I thought that a brand-new installation of Office would take care of this error.

I was able to fix Excel for the single account it was not working for. The solution is to do a clean install by following the Microsoft instructions here:

I logged out of my OSX account and logged in as a different user and the problem went away. So something's corrupt with my user profile. I'm going to try to delete my user profile and restart Excel.
