I cannot log in to my Microsoft work account since its requesting for a code or an approval from my authenticator app, however all my authenticator apps also require me to sign in first and also requesting for a code or approval from that same app

I cannot log in to my Microsoft work account since its requesting for a code or an approval from my authenticator app,

however all my authenticator apps also require me to sign in first and also requesting for a code or approval from that same app.

Until my authenticator app went like this, but I can still access my personal account (I'm currently using)

It wants me to contact the administrator and to send them this

however I'm the admin of that account, I don't know what else to do.

Please help.

    Hello Irdc,

    If you are the only global admin of that tenant, then you are in a tenant lockout scenario you will need to raise a support request to the Entra ID Authentication team to help you reach out to Microsoft Data Protection so you can have access to your account
