在无法看到邮件的情况下，或者只知道邮件邮件主题的情况下，如何跟踪此封邮件的发送接收情况

如果不知道邮件的任何信息，您可以先使用 Get-MessageTrackingLog -ResultSize Unlimited -EventId RECEIVE | Select-Object Timestamp, MessageId, Sender, Recipients | Format-Table -AutoSize 在合适的时间范围来找到该邮件的Message ID,再使用上面给出的命令来跟踪邮件的发送接收情况。
如果在只知道邮件主题的情况下您可以使用 Get-MessageTrackingLog -MessageSubject "邮件主题" 来跟踪邮件的发送情况，但是如果相似主题太多，会有多条结果，建议您可以使用 -Start "10/01/2023 00:00:00" -End "10/02/2023 00:00:00" 后缀选择合适的时间范围。
