How to fix Connection error via bastion host

Sometimes when trying to login via Azure Bastion, i will have connection error.
Only when i restart the whole server from the Azure portal, it will then work.
Any ways to troubleshoot this issue ?

I understand that when you try to login via Azure Bastion, you sometimes get a connection error.
Could you please share the exact error message or share a screenshot of the error?

Ensure that the Bastion service has been successfully deployed in the Azure portal and is in a normal state.
Search for "Bastions" in the Azure portal and check for any error messages or warnings.
Verify the status of the virtual machine (VM):
Ensure that the VM is running and does not have any network issues or configuration errors.
Check the network settings of the VM, including the inbound and outbound rules of the Network Security Group (NSG), to ensure that communication with Bastions is allowed.
Check the dedicated DNS zone:
Azure Bastion is not supported with VMs located in Azure dedicated DNS zones with the suffix core.windows.net or azure.com.
Check for any dedicated DNS zones in the Azure portal and make sure they do not conflict with Bastion or VM communications.
Check the AzureBastionSubnet:
If Azure Bastion has a network security group associated with the subnet, ensure that the NSG is configured correctly and that all necessary inbound and outbound rules are created.
Verify that AzureBastionSubnet is set up correctly and that there is no network isolation or restriction.
