I had completed the Azure AI-900 Microsoft Challenge and earned a voucher (MSPR14019786) for completing the certification by Jun 24th, 2024.

Registration ID- 479192198
I had scheduled my exam on Jun 23rd, 2024, at 2:45PM and checked in for the test by 2:15PM. Due to technical error, the Pearson Vue UI didn't allow me to proceed with the exam and asked me to reschedule the exam.
I contacted the Customer Support, and they raised a ticket (#11566198) regarding the same and received the resolution today i.e. Jun 25th, 2024.
As per the resolution, the exam was canceled and the voucher is reinstated, but upon Scheduling the exam using the same voucher, it didn't work as it is past the expiry date which is Jun 24th, 2024.
I again contacted the Customer Support, and they conveyed that only the issuing authority can look into this matter and provide me with a fresh voucher code and asked me to check in forum.
So, I request the Microsoft team to provide me with a fresh Voucher Code so that I can complete my exam.
There was no mistake from my end, I had scheduled the exam before the Voucher expiry date but due to technical error, the exam was cancelled by Pearson Vue and the resolution came after the voucher was already expired.
Please help me in this.
