DTMF dial pad not working for Microsoft Teams direct routing

Dear all,

We have setup a few Microsoft Teams Direct Routing connection with SBCs and recently we suddenly found that the DTMF does not work! After the PSTN call is connected, when I open the dial-pad and press the numbers, DTMF does not send to the SBC! (I cannot see any SIP message sent from the Teams Server to our SBC)

I tried a few lab tenant accounts and seems all are same, is there a global Teams Server issue? Anyone have similar issue?

    Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?

    In my experience, if the DTMF during conference are use to control meeting. DTMF aren’t forward to the PSTN call leg. For more details, you can refer to:
