    If you are signing in to Teams with a Microsoft 365 for Business or school account, you can try to reset your password via this link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

    If you cannot reset your business or school account via above link, your administrator has disabled the option to let end users to reset their password. If this is the case, then you'll need to contact your administrator to help you reset your password.

    If you are using the free version of Teams with an Outlook.com account, you can refer to the article below to reset the password: Change your password in Outlook.com

    No one can find your password only if you remember it suddenly.

    In your scenario, it needs to contact the administrator to help you reset your password. This is the only way now.
