Because I forgot my password and the teacher blocked the password change function

If you are signing in to Teams with a Microsoft 365 for Business or school account, you can try to reset your password via this link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

If you cannot reset your business or school account via above link, your administrator has disabled the option to let end users to reset their password. If this is the case, then you'll need to contact your administrator to help you reset your password.

No one can find your password only if you remember it suddenly.

In your scenario, it needs to contact the administrator to help you reset your password. This is the only way now.
