Hi every one,
I have a problem with sorting the emails from different senders by number of item(s) (emails) which I have in the inbox . when i have many emails, inbox management could be really difficult and the best way is to look after for busy senders.

You can't sort by the count but you can Group By the "From" field which will reveal the items per sender.
View-> View Settings-> Group By...-> Group items by: From
To report on items sent per sender, you could export your folder to a csv-file and use the Pivot feature in Excel to create such an overview.

This would be awesome for me. I have email from at least 6 years in my inbox (over 7000 emails) and want to implement rules by senders who bother me the most. The concept of exporting and pivoting is doable, but would be nice if Outlook built in sort by number of emails when grouped.
What process are you suggesting to export the folder to csv?
