    Did you mean you cannot see PowerPoint preview in shared folder?
    Did this problem only appear in PowerPoint? Try to test PDF, Word, Excel.
    I suggest you try these methods and check the result:

    Method 1:

    1. Open Windows Explorer.
    2. Click on Organize, and then select ‘Folder and Search options’.
    3. On the Folder options window, click on the View tab.
    4. Now under Files and Folders, uncheck the option ‘Always show icons, never thumbnails’

    Method 2:

    1. Open Folder Options
    2. Click on the View tab.
    3. Check the ‘Show preview handlers in preview pane’ box.
    4. Click OK.
