    Hi @Cloud_Geek_82 ,
Have this issue been occurred only recently? Did you performed any special operations before it?
Did this button work normally on other office client(such as Word or Excel) or other users?

Based on my research and tests, Visual Basic button would be greyed out in all office application when this feature is turned off via system policy, register key , custom Installation or Maintenance Wizard without Visual Basic. If that's your case, please first check your system policy and your register key(VBAOFF), and you could change the value to enable the feature, location:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common.

If the issue still exists, for more information, please refer to this article to check if you have turned off this feature via other ways: How to turn off Visual Basic for Applications when you deploy Office.

If you have checked all setting and ensure that you haven't turned off the feature, as a suggestion, please try to repair you Office to see if the issue has any difference. If that's invalid, please provide me with more information about your issues and I would continue to research with you.
