After Login into pearsonvue Getting blank page

When ever I am login into my pearsonvue account It is showing me blank page.

After so many try, Now it is showing me
"Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support"

For further reference please find below screenshot.

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Earlier I was not able to login in Microsoft account now I am able to login but facing below issue.

    After login "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx" I am able to see dashboard, but problem is when I want to see my Transcripts or my certificates, when I click on the button, it is showing error
    "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support".

    I don't know why it is showing error on these to buttons only.. otherwise I am able to schedule new exam, I can see my badges, everything else is working except these two button "View transcript" and "View certificates"

    I got the resolution from one of the link provided by you.

    Steps that I followed to resolve this issue it with Chrome browser:

    1. open Chrome, delete all Cookies and activate 3rd Party Cookies.
    2. open a new private session
    3. Login to the learning Portal and accept the Cookies from the learning Portal.
    4. Now portal is working fine and you can download Transcript and Certificates
