We have multiple companies set up under Microsoft Teams, but the main company name shows up in the top corner even when a different account is switched to. Is there a way to have the company name change to reflect the correct company when switching accounts?

In Microsoft Teams, the display of the company name typically reflects the tenant you are signed into. When you switch accounts within Teams, it should update to reflect the new tenant's information. However, if you're still seeing the main company name even after switching accounts, there are a few potential things to check:

    1.Ensure Proper Account Switching:

Make sure that you are completely switching accounts and not just channels or teams within the same tenant.

2.Clear Cache: Sometimes old data might be cached, causing display issues. Clearing the Teams cache can help:

    • Sign out of Teams.
    • Close the Teams application.
    • Navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams on your computer and delete all files and folders within that directory.
    • Restart Teams and sign back in.

    3.Team and Tenant Configuration:

Verify that each tenant has been properly set up with distinct identifiers and names. This might require an admin to double-check the settings in the Microsoft Teams admin center.

    4.Profile Customization:

Make sure that each account has been personalized with the correct information, including the company name. This can sometimes influence what displays.
