    Hi Real-Time Service,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    MCSA exams has been retired.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/posts/mcsa-mcsd-mcse-certifications-retire-with-continued-investment-to-role-based-certifications

Microsoft has moved into role based certifiations

Regarding Windows Server certifications, there will be no longer certifications solely to them after the retirement. Contents for the newer Windows Server will be included in role-based certifications on an as-needed basis for certain job roles in the Azure Apps & Infrastructure and Data & AI solution areas.     Here’s the recommended certification you can take for MCSA: Windows Server 2016: 1.    Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate 2.    Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert 3.    Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
