Azure Logic App designer page will not load

I'm trying to update the frequency that an app runs and I haven't been able to access the logic app page for a week. The page never loads content and never times out. Resource is in Canada Central. I'm using the Icebreaker app template for Microsoft Teams.

    Hi @James

    Can you please confirm if you have used this ARM template to deploy the resource? If bot it would be great if you can provide the document that you have followed.
    As you have mentioned that the page never loads or times out. Can you please check your browser console (Hit F12-->Console) and verify if there are any errors or exceptions when the issue is reproduced? You can also give a try to open it in the private window and see if it helps you.
