Hello @Glenn Murawski , this can be caused due lack of rights. Your user should be assigned a directory role with rights to read signin logs. EG: the Security Reader role. You can verify what roles have been assigned to your user this way in the Azure Portal:
Go to the Azure Directory node, Users, find yours and go to Assigned roles.
If you're not able to read the Users then your account might be a guest, if the proper role is not assigned you will need to contact one of your organization admins and request it to be assigned to you.
