Users of a team are unable to view a tab in a given channel.

Question

We are using the Issue Reporting app in Teams to help organize the issues our employees are facing. The problem we have is that the admins can see the , however, regular users of the channel (members) are unable to see these tabs.

Any ideas what the issue may be?

According to your description, it seems your member have no access using the Issue Reporting App. We recommend you try to check if you have enabled these setting in your Teams admin center. For more details, you can refer to:
