I am writing to request an extension or re-issuance of the voucher I received for completing the Microsoft Learn AI Skills Challenge in April 2024. The voucher code was set to expire on June 24, 2024.
I scheduled my exam for June 24, 2024, but due to technical difficulties with Pearson VUE's OnVUE platform, I was unable to complete the exam. Pearson VUE has reinstated my voucher and advised me to contact you for further assistance. Below is an excerpt from the communication I received from Pearson VUE:
Dear Test Taker,
Thank you for testing with Pearson VUE.
First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced during your Microsoft OnVUE appointment.
However, technical issues may happen anytime, and we try our best to resolve them. Since the issue wasn't fixed on the same day, so your exam has been canceled and the applied voucher has been reinstated.
Note - For any further assistance on the voucher, please contact the issuing authority of the voucher code.
If you have any further questions or need assistance scheduling, please call your local Pearson VUE contact center. You may find the contact phone number for your region by visiting our Microsoft customer service contact page.
