Unable to receive AZ204 Microsoft Certification

Question

I have completed my AZ-204 Microsoft examination and received an email confirming I have passed. On my Microsoft profile all my other certifications are visible however my AZ-204 is not.

I noticed my Microsoft ID's are different and the merging of ID's is unavailable. Is there any other way to obtain my certificate as I need it urgently for submission to my institute?
