Newly created webhook not shown after creation

Question

I have created a new Azure Automation Runbook and Webhook. The Runbook is PowerShell 5.1 based and is in "published" status. It stopped working so I went back to check the expiration of the webhook, and no webhooks are shown in the Webhook blade for this Runbook.

The URL, which I captured at Webhook creation time, works properly. I am using it in a 3rd party application which triggers the webhook call on a specific event in their app. I see the results. I just can't see the Webhook itself.

Is there a known issue with Webhook creation in Azure Runbooks?
