Hello people.

I got a big issues with Teams New on our organisation devices. We run Windows 11 in our environment and all windows devices are enrolled in Intune. I tried to download manually Teams from https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-teams/download-app work or school , but despite having the app installer in the device from the store i'm unable to open the package getting this errorimage

So i tried to overcome this by deploying the app directly from Intune and it worked i could see the app Installed on the laptop... but every time i try to open it i get this error message:

Doesn't matter how many times i try to close and re-open the app still getting the same error message.

The device is working and compliant with organisation certificates, no problems either with the user account which is able to login Microsoft 365 web service and open teams from there. We don't have any firewall or network protection in general to block apps so i would exclude that.

    Hi @Andrea Vai

Based on your case description, it is recommended that you follow the steps below to reinstall new Teams:

    1. Download the .exe installer. If you have downloaded this file previously confirm you have the latest version by comparing the properties on each file.
    2. Open the Command Prompt as an Admin.
    3. At the prompt enter: .\teamsbootstrapper.exe -p
    4. A success or fail status displays. If you receive an error, learn more at Common HRESULT values. command line prompt feedback

If the above steps do not solve your problem, please refer to the methods in this document. Thanks for your understanding and support.
