I am not able to schedule my Microsoft Azure AZ-900 fundamentals exam through Pearson Vue website. Facing the below issue from past 3 days.
We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam: •Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
•Clear all cache and cookies
•Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.
I contacted the Pearson Vue team where in they are not able to view my Microsoft profile at all. Incase if they need to schedule the exam on my behalf they are requesting for the Microsoft team to provide the MSID along with the user name and password only then they will schedule the exam. kindly provide the details immediately so that I can scedule the exam. All this needs to be done within 1 week of time or else my voucher code will expire.
Kindly consider my request please.
