Need MS ID for registering to AZ 900 certification

HI Team,

I am unable to register for AZ 900 certification.
It is not showing the MSID for my log in details:

Login email id : anonymized@USER
Name: Alpa Khare
Number: 7030974545

Please help provide my MSID.

    Can you try to login to below dashboard. It shows MCID for me on right top corner
