Linux VM with Change Tracking but slow and got issue with alert.

Hi support team,

I create VM linux and logs Analytics workspace in region: uswest2.
When I try stop/start some service than 10 times (5 mins each time), but the change tracking of VM only display 3 time modified.

I check querry: ConfigurationChange in Azure Monitor Log Analytics (logs in Logs Analytics workspace), and see the VM display correct 3 times like the change tracking.
But got an issue with my alert for this querry: In the Condition there are 1 count but not receive any email for alert. My issue like this picture below:

Any suggest with the problem? My windows VM config like this and receive email but downtime and slow. But with Linux VM can't receive email alert.

I think the problem is solved. The only thing sometimes the alert comes ~1 hour late. But it's not urgent. Close topic here. Thanks for your support.
