Dont Receive Email to Claim for Exam Voucher After Completed Microsoft Azure Virtual Training

Hi

I dont receive any email to claim my exam voucher after i completed the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training today.
My email address is alexskooi@réalisations .com and today i have completed the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals training.

Can you help to check why i didnt receive the email?
