Hi All,

One of our user trying to access SharePoint site he keeps getting the below error and when he tries to access the same site from different machine it allows him to access without any issues.

I have also checked the SP logs but fail to find any logs related. below is the error screenshot.

Can someone please guide me here.

    Try asking him clear the browser history cache and see. If it's working in another machine then I believe it's browser cache issue, and also ask him to try in another browsers as well and see the behavior.

    As sharatha said, this issue may be related to the browser. You could try to clear the browser cache and check the results.

    Besides, you could try to access other pages of the site like site contents page (http://sp/sites/yoursite/_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx) . Check if the user access this page.
