The labs have not been working for a while - when will this be resolved?!

This lab was not working since last month, and I have raised the same earlier as well, so we kindly request you please check this issue and revert back ASAP with solution due to this we are not able to execute the labs for practice the same in VM for certification.I have raised the same issue earlier as well, but I haven't got any revert from you means Microsoft support person.

In addition to the issue others have mentioned, there is a few labs that claim to be working fine as well, but don't work at all.
This lab for example, when you click 'Sign in to launch VM mode', it just seems to load forever
