Unfortunately, I've been working with microsoft for more than two months to get access to my admin center. I don't know the password from the authenticator and this is the only way to log in.
I can't access my ms teams, mail etc right now. While I do pay for it.
I have a case number, I was supposed to be called back, but I don't. I was called back once, at 10.30 pm Dutch time. I was asleep at the time. After that, I was supposed to be called back at another time, this never happened.
For the last 2 weeks I call microsoft every time (during office hours) but they say they are only open during office hours.
I can't get in touch and no one is contacting me. I feel powerless and irritated.
Unfortunately, the service is poor and I don't think anyone wants that.
How can we solve this as quickly as possible?
