Why this Team is here?
p.s. this Team is set to Private, I don't know why it shows Public...

Is this teams always private? Or do you modify its privacy from public to private?

I tested in my environment. It shows properly even if I modify the team from public to private or reversely.

You could double check the Privacy property of this team in Microsoft Teams admin center > Teams > Manage teams.

For some reason after a few days this team disappeared by it self from this list.
Maybe for some reason "public" changed to "private" and took effect only after a very long period of time, and then it disappeared from this list.

It seems so.
In general, the change was taken effect in a few minutes.
