Can't create a Content Moderator

Question

In the main page there's this text where it says "There's no Content Moderator to display".

So, I clicked "Create Content Moderator" button and a error pops saying basically "It wasn't possible to create the marketplace's item" followed by "This marketplace item is not available"

PS.: I have already tried multiple times in different days but no progress has been made. Because it's a university project doesn't makes sense to me to buy a support plan, so I'm kinda stuck. Hope you guys can help somehow. Cheers.

@Melhore Aqui To create a content moderator resource please navigate to the home page of the Azure portal and click the icon on the top left hand side to select "Create a resource"

Once the new blade loads search for content moderator in the search box and hit create option

This will allow you to select the region, resource group and other details to proceed further. Hope this helps!!
