I have an issue with installing apps such as whatsapp from microsoft app store. My computer is running Window 11 Pro. I have tried downgrading to Window 11 Home edition (but it was not downgraded), reinstalling the windows from USB, run wsreset, repair microsoft app store, and etcs as advised from internet community but it did not work. I am suspecting that it could be due to the group policy as it was previously linked to my company account as I used it to access work using my personal computer which ran Window 11 Pro.

    Hello,

You should verify your network connection.

    a. Attempt to rename your C:\windows\softwaredistribution folder (ensure you back it up). If reconfiguration is not possible, try stopping the wuauserv service and restart it after you've completed the backup.

    b. Open your network settings and change your DNS server.

Refer to the endpoint documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/privacy/manage-windows-11-endpoints
