workflow issue while preparing

Question

Please confirm whthere it is okay to prepare in below manner to send email? or do we need to follow anything
you can see below which I prepared and my requirement

**Since quite confuse on the work flow setup, would like to explain the target or purpose from mine:

I need the work flow setup once blew “Final disposition “ is not empty then auto send mail to some account ( some mail ids)
**

Hi, @sns ,

It seems you are not setting the Email action properly.

There is no need to set the variable to store the Email address. In fact for the Email Action, you can set all the required contents inside it.

Fill in the account in the to field and input other required information. Then the email action will work.
