Exam code lost az-900

Question

Hello,

I recently attended the Azure fundamental's training day. A few days later, i received the email to claim my discount for the certification. All great so far.

I entered my verification code into the portal and that went though fine. The voucher stated I had till the 30th of the 6th 2021 to claim. So I left it here and closed the portal. I then spoke to my colleague to show them. On my return I found this voucher had disappeared from my portal and I now can not get it back as it states I have used my attending email to claim the voucher. I can not get hold of customer support.

Please can MS assist.
