Software closed automatically in new PC with Win10 64bits 1803/1809/1903

Hi,

One software closed automatically after opened several seconds in new bought computers with Win10 64bits 1803/1809/1903. The new computers model is Lenovo ThinkBook 15-IIL, as picture shows. However, this software is working normally in old computer with Win10 64bits 1803.
This is very hard for me to find the possible reasons, please give your support, thanks in advance.

What software are you talking about? Is it a third-party software?
Does other software work properly

This sounds like a compatibility issue, are the configurations of the two computers exactly the same?

If you suspect a crash, there should be an indication in the Event Viewer.
You can confirm whether this is the cause of the issue by opening the event log and checking for the Event ID 5961 in the event log. You can open the event log by clicking on Start and typing in event log.
