VM size B1S grey out for free trail account

Hi there,

I just created my free trail account and would like to deploy the first VM. but no matter which region I chose, VM size B1S was grey out, can you please take a look?

    We are facing capacity issues and there might be limitations on deployment of VMs in Free subscriptions.
