Hi,
There are many possible causes and you could do some basic check from printer itself which is instructed in below link:
HP Printers - Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi Printer Connection
https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c06184808
Moreover, from computer/laptop running windows Operating system, you could go through following places:
- Set printer as default
- Run Printing Troubleshooter: Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
- Check firewall settings in your computer as well as the Router Settings.
----------
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Thanks,
Jenny
i NOW HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. DID YOU EVER FIND A SOLUTION?? :(
I'm having exactly the same problem. Everything was working fine and then all of a sudden I couldn't print. Followed all the 'solutions' out there on the web, tried reinstalling printer/printer drivers, rebooting my router etc etc etc. I've even upgraded to Windows 11 in the hope this might help - not a chance! Still get that frustrating message 'Your printer has stopped waiting. Try adding it again'
Has anyone actually had the same problem AND been able to solve it?
