Blank pages or menu in Microsoft Defender for Cloud

I have some issues with using Defender for Cloud recently. I am trying to manage my compliance standards to monitor for my subscriptions using the "Regulatory compliance" blade. But as is showing my screenshot, the menu bar is missing.


I noticed also the "Security Posture" blade gives a blank/loading page indefinitely.


Is there anything I can do ? How to troubleshoot this or what do you think is the root cause ?

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A, from above description I could understand that you are facing issues in loading the MDFC dashboard.

    • Make sure that the user who first enabled Defender for Cloud on the subscription and the user who wants to turn on data collection have the Owner or Contributor role on the subscription.
    • If so, users with the Reader role on the subscription can see the dashboard, alerts, recommendations, and policy.
