How do I edit the team site template within SharePoint online so it provisions each new site with a uk locale instead of US when a new team is created in MS-Teams.

Our tenant sits on a US server and all our dates are us dates and I need them to be UK date format to do this I require our locale in newly provisioned sites to be UK based.

I think i need to amend the default site design for the team site within out tenancy is this correct and how do I go about doing this? Any help would be greatly apricated.

    Hi @NeilNorpa ,

Per my research, you could set the UK users' Regional format to United Kindom in My Account. The setting will only change the date formate for the user but not the tenants scope. And the user will get all date format with the locale in the setting.

Here is a nice article for reference
