Unable to access OneDrive links in 21st Century training program - Error message: file not found or no access.

I can't get the links to open. The message says file no longer exists or I don't have access. Contact file owner.

I am using a Work Surface Pro with a OneDrive account linked and a home Apple Mac with Chrome.
