Issue with Window Shrinking Animation When Using Pen or Touch on Windows 11

Dear Microsoft Support,

I am experiencing an issue on my Windows 11 device when using my Pen or Touch. When I drag a window using the Pen or Touch, an animation causes the window to shrink and display a semi-transparent layout. This animation does not occur when using a mouse.

I primarily use the Pen or Touch to interact with my device, and this issue is significantly affecting my user experience. I have tried disabling animations under the accessibility options, but this did not resolve the problem.

Could you please provide guidance on how to disable this animation when using the Pen or Touch? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your post. Before moving on, to narrow down the issue, can I know if this problem only happening when you use the pen or does it also happen when you use a mouse to drag the window? If that only happens with the Wacom pen, then try completely uninstalling the Wacom drivers and software, restart your PC and then download and re-install the Wacom software and drivers. If that also happens with a mouse, then re-install your graphics card drivers form the support page for your system.

    Also, you can drop a feedback to Microsoft about this, using Feedback hub app. Kindly open the Edge and press Ctrl+Alt+I to open the Microsoft Feedback Hub and feedback the issue.  Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customer feedback.
