How to download Office 365 Offline from Linux? Support directions do not work

This isn't the usual hacked complaint. I was hacked, and managed to change all my passwords, shut down my own computers before my files were copied by the hacker, and wiped my own drives to keep mine and client personal files out of hacker hands. Unfortunately, doing this meant there was no time to back my files up, I had to trust the OneDrive backups, because I had no choice.

Over months of repeated repairs, replacements, re-installs, new hard drives, bios flashes, and new device purchases, with every single attempt to log in to Microsoft Office resulting in being hacked again immediately, the only possible solution left was to install a different OS. A computer repair shop installed a Linux system for me.

I cannot install OneDrive to Linux, the learning curve is too steep. What I can do is install Office 365 offline to a freshly reinstalled Windows PC offline. So here I am, using Linux, finally finally finally logged into my Microsoft 365 Family account, which no member of my family has been able to access for over 3 months. I followed the directions for "Use the Offline Installer" at Microsoft Support's website.... and going to the Office.com site ... it's not there. There is no Install 365 button at all. Under "Apps Included with your subscription", there's a drop down for Microsoft 365 that goes directly to "Download the Free Microsoft 365 Mobile App". I need the full Offline Installer, not Android apps, but it's not available to a Linux login.

I need to be able to download Office 365 for offline use. I need to be able to get my entire OneDrive backed up, ON LINUX, to write to a offline drive for use in my offline Windows system. How do I do that please?

(btw, I have the hackers' files on multiple replaced damaged drives, and except for how they got into my systems to begin with, I am pretty sure I know what they did and how they took control of my systems, with the files they actually used, if someone verifiably from Microsoft wants to reach out).
