Outlook supports import data from other mail services to Outlook provided they support IMAP. AFAIK you could use this to import from one email address to another. But this is a background process, it is slow and in my experience it is highly error prone. When I used it once it partially imported some messages (randomly) over a period of 48 hours and skipped others altogether.

Since you are going from Outlook to Outlook however I think the easier route is to either export to a PST and then import the PST (if you're using Exchange version) or simply do it manually. The second approach is probably the easiest.

    1. Open Outlook client or perhaps the Windows Mail (never tried that app).
    2. Ensure you have connected the client to both the old and new accounts.
    3. In the mail section of the old account copy all the folders and messages and drop them into the new account. Note that if you have a lot of messages you'll likely want to do this piece meal.

You'll also need to copy contact information, calendar stuff, etc. Note that I've never tried it with the new Outlook client nor the online web version so if you're using either of those then this may not work anymore.
