How do I connect Copilot into Microsoft Forms

I have a Microsoft 365 Family plan and I also bought a Copilot Pro subscription. I can't get copilot to populate on several MS programs, specifically Microsoft Forms and Outlook. Do I need to take any extra step to make this work?

Hi Jovan,

To connect Copilot with Microsoft Forms and Outlook in your Microsoft 365 Family plan, make sure your Copilot Pro subscription is active and set up correctly. Right now, Microsoft Forms doesn't directly work with Copilot. But you can still use Copilot with Microsoft Forms by using it with other Microsoft 365 apps like Word or Excel, and then adding the items into your form.

For Outlook, please refer to the below pre-requisites- and check if your environment meets the following criteria: User's image
