I am experiencing the same error as the error in the address above.
The solution to the problem is to install the 12.9 version of the release, but the community version does not support downloading of previous releases. Please either fix the error or support downloading the previous release. i just want to insall llamacpp python...

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
As the Visual Studio Community edition is supported only on the Current Channel with the latest servicing release of the latest minor version of Visual Studio, it’s true that only the latest version of VS Community is available.
Please either fix the error …
Looks like, version 17.10 is not supported in this situation. You can kindly report this issue on GitHub or on our Developer Community for further help.
BTW, if it’s possible, you can consider using Professional or Enterprise versions of Visual Studio. The previous versions(Professional/Enterprise) are available here: Fixed version bootstrappers.
