A full company 30+ ppl are all locked out from tenant due to a faulty CA policy, is there somehow we can escalte a ticket that is placed to Microsoft?

Tried to call and get transfer to the team "data protection(?)) but said they where closed currently, someone in our company set up a CA using our GA and locked everyone out.
This is ther error when we try to login.

@Givary-MSFT Thank you, do you know how long these things usually takes, been reading alot that this could take weeks which will be devastating for this customer.
@Givary-MSFT Can you take alook at this ticket please, 2406300040001495 my colleagues have now managed verify that we are owner/CSP for this tenant that is locked down, but we cant get in touch with anyone, we are currently 4 ppl calling to get this moving forward, please help out in anyway, anyone.

@jerker ranerfors As per the notes, there is a email communication going on for the domain verification.
@Givary-MSFT We have jsut recived confirmation that they have recived this verification now and are verifying it.

As per the latest update which I got, our team is waiting for dns txt to get reflected.
@Givary-MSFT i tried remove it as i could not find this one, the ticket should have gotten sent to the backend team now, and hope they can resolve this issue quickly.
@Givary-MSFT We are getting information that they should have sent us an email now(none have recived anything), we are in queue but calls are getting disconnected left and right....colleague lost a queue time of almost 2 hours we are currently 3 ppl sitting i queues just to make sure we get an update now.
The case should be at the backend team, and as we understand it assigned to a technician.
@jerker ranerfors As per the last update from the notes, after initial verification, data protection team assisted in excluding one of the admin accounts from the conditional access policy which caused the lockout.
