Hi,
Since days, I can't access to my desktop Teams application. When in log in, I have the error "we run into an issue" with error code 80080300. Sometimes I don't even have the error code but just the error message.
I can still access to the web or mobile app with the same account.
I tried uninstall and install on another session but it's the same issue.
I tried to fix it with the advice here ms-teams-error-code-800080300.html but I don't have my Teams account in my Windows creditential.

Sometimes, I can connect to my account but no data is loading and I have some error message which says that teams can't establish the connection.

Please help me, thank you.

    @Gautier COLSON ,

    As our forum only supports for English, could you help us to translate the error message on the top of the image provided by you?

    What changes do you do before this issue happened?

    What kind of network do you use? VPN, Wi-Fi, Ethernet?

    Someone meets with this kind of issue for compatibility, you could try to go to this path: %localappdata%Microsoft\Teams\current\Teams.exe > right click Teams.exe and choose properties > in Compatibility tab, check “Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8”. Then, restart Teams and try again.

    This is a recent error related to a Windows Update where it seems that Teams conflicts with the current Windows 11 version presented by your PC. This can be fixed by running Microsoft Teams in compatibility mode for now while an update is pushed out to fix the issue.

    Regards,
    Michael
