RDP Login with Smartcard - only 2 credential sets available

Imagine, you are using a smartcard for local and remote login. Locally, you are able to choose between as many users as you enrolled certificates to the smartcard. Remotely however, you may only choose between 2 of these certificates (being the 1st two that you enrolled). The following screenshot illustrates it.

My question is: is this expected behavior?

The client OS is Win10 20 H2 and the target OS is 2012R2/2016 Server/2019 Server/Win10 20H2 - all the same. We use a Yubikey 5 NFC.

    No, that doesn't help.
    Can you tell me whether that is expected behavior or not, in other words, do you use smartcard login?
