we have a very vanilla rdp farm setup w/ a broker/gateway server and 3 session host server. The Gateway/broker server is sitting completely in a DMZ. I'm allowing port 3389 to all the session host server's, any/any to the domain controller, and port 53 to my internal DNS servers. Things are going pretty well, but managment of the farm via "server manager" seems like something else is still blocked.
restarting the server doesn't change anything.
I guess i'm also unclear as to how management of the rdp farm is orchestrated? Does the gateway/broker server have any larger role in this?
