When you switch the audio output device, the sound continues to be output from the headphones while the system sounds are output from the monitor. Although before everything was fine before reinstalling Windows

By the way, if I disconnect the headphones from the jack, the sound will be output from the monitor. It's just that before I didn't even have to pull it out, I just switched and the sound was output normally.

I shall suggest you to update the audio driver.
Open the Sound settings and check the output.

    Hello,

Please run Playing Audio troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

    Regards.
