Azure Connect AD - error.

Hello. I have 1 DC with all FSMO roles and i have Azure Connect. dcdiag /q show me errors: 

            Time Generated: 11/28/2020   04:55:15
            Event String:
            The ADSync service was unable to log on as LADESOL-TAMBOV\AAD_c208119f993f with the currently configured password due to the following error:
         An error event occurred.  EventID: 0xC0001B77
